Here is a form for Real Estate Sublease.
This is an agreement between a sublessee and a sublessor. The sublessor subleases to sublessee a leased premises. It includes a description of the leased premises in exhibit. It contains also sections regarding the term of the sublease, the rent and the use permitted on the premises. It sets forth who is responsible for maintenance and alteration and the conditions for subleasing and assignment, if permitted.
