This is a standard “at will” agreement between an employer and an employee. The agreement provides the employee with the conditions of employment such as basic duties, salary, and other benefits. Furthermore, it contains the grounds for termination, and establish that the employment is "at will". The relationship can be terminated by either the employee or the employer at any time, with or without cause.
