In this agreement the employee agrees not to use, disclose or communicate any of the company's confidential information to a third party, such as trade secrets, computer programs, software business, marketing, and strategic plans. It contains a section regarding termination obligations stating that upon termination of his relationship with the company, the employee shall surrender to the company all proprietary information.
