Independent Contractor Agreement

Here is a form for Independent Contractor Agreement.

This agreement may be used when a company hires an independent contractor to perform specific services for an agreed upon compensation. Among other things, it provides that all intellectual property and confidential information are owned by the company and the contractor shall not use or disclose in any manner any confidential information of the Company.
