Here is an agreement for Professional Services.

This agreement covers professional services performed by one company for another company. This agreement lays out the terms and conditions of the work performed. It includes a description of the services rendered and of the terms of payment. It contains also a section regarding liability in case of third party claims arising out of services rendered.
